bartenders will arrive, set up and help set the mood
for an enjoyable event. From classic cocktails to
your own special concoction, we will mix it up with
a smile! Don't know what or how much to get for
your event, don't worry. We will prepare a
customized liquor list for your event. Make the
event an enjoyable and memorable one that you
participated in, as well as hosted. Each package
price includes staffing for the bar. A 5% sales tax
is added to the final cost.

Courvoisier, Grey Goose, Malibu, Jose Cuervo, Seagrams) Semi-Premium Open Bar (4 hours) This bar is stocked with semi-premium brands of rum, vodka, gin, scotch, bourbon, whiskey, house wine selections, imported & domestic bottled beer, chasers, sodas, cocktail napkins, cocktail cups, bar equipment, bar fruit, stirrers---------$16.50pp (ex. Christian Brothers, Smirnoff/Svedka, Bacardi, Seagrams) Rail Open Bar (4 hours) This bar is stocked with rail brands of rum, vodka, gin, scotch, bourbon, whiskey, house wine selections, imported & domestic bottled beer, chasers, sodas, cocktail napkins, cocktail cups, bar equipment, bar fruit, stirrers-------$14.50pp (ex. VSQ, Burnett/Ruble, Port Royal, Fleischmann's) Soda & Juice Bar (4 hours) This bar is stocked with coke brand sodas and a variety of juice options including lemonade, sweet tea or wild raspberry iced tea, cocktail cups, bar supplies/equipment------$6.50pp Non-Alcoholic Bar (4 Hours) This bar is stocked with non-alcoholic beverages only. That includes: (2) Signature non- alcoholic cocktails, coke, diet coke, sprite, cocktail napkins, plastic cups, bar equipment----------$9.50pp Stock Your Own Bar (4 hour min) You provide the alcohol, chasers, mixes, bar fruit, plastic cups, cocktail napkins, ice, etc. We provide the bartender only! -------- Bartender fee is $40.00 per hour (1/2 hour set up and 1/2 hour clean up must be included in bartender time for all packages) Customized Bar Package (4 hour min) Our Customized Bar Package includes two signature alcoholic drinks (Rum/Vodka Based), coke, diet coke, sprite, cocktail napkins, plastic cups, bar equipment, bar fruit, stirrers, & ice--------$12.50pp Exclusive Cash Bar With this option, we provide all liquor, soda, juice, wine, and beers. Cash bar also includes cocktail napkins, plastic cups, bar equipment, stirrers, and ice. All proceeds from cash bar belong to Elmina Catering Services. Additional Services Assorted Bar Glassware is available at a cost of $.75 per glass. (minimum of 2 glasses per guest recommended) There is an additional equipment charge of $150 for blended drinks.
